Replication Data for: Measuring Analytical Capacity Through Documents: Evidence from Türkiye's Ministry of National Education, 2010–2025

This dataset contains the coded indicator corpus underlying the analysis presented in the article. It includes 3,004 indicator records drawn from 32 policy documents (strategic plans, performance programmes, and activity reports) produced by Türkiye's Ministry of National Education between 2010 and 2025. Each record is coded along four dimensions: public availability, temporal depth, spatial granularity, and policy linkage. The dataset also includes the inter-coder reliability sample. Indicator names and document metadata are in Turkish.
