RNAseq data of NO APICAL MERISTEM (VrNAM) in mungben (Vigna radiata L.). Vigna radiata

The molecular genetic basis defining discrete boundaries between leaf organs is well understood for species such as Arabidopsis thaliana. It remains an open question as to if and how organ boundary pathways have been modified to affect the evolutionary novelty of fused leaf. Here RNAseq data of NO APICAL MERISTEM (VrNAM) in mungbean (Vigna radiata L.) were constructed to illustrate the molecular mechanism of boundary leaf organs in mungbean.
