KDFWR Fee-In-Lieu-Of Mitigation Program Basins

<div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>&quot;FILO&quot; is the Fee-In-Lieu-Of mitigation program  administered by the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. Most of the areas are  in watershed basins based on 8-digit Hydrological Unit Code (HUC 8) boundaries.  The Eastern Coalfield physiographic province is used to divide some watersheds.  The Northern Kentucky Service Area is used for 9 counties in place of HUC8 .</span></p><p><span>This is used to document the FILO Instrument service areas.
