Organic Carbon Storage and Sources in Halophila beccarii Seagrass Meadow of China’s subtropical estuary

This dataset is derived from a monitoring campaign conducted in April 2022 in a subtropical estuarine seagrass bed in China—the Yifengxi Estuary Seagrass Bed (with a total area of approximately 410 hectares). It includes data on seagrass communities, water environment parameters, and sediment indicators collected from 20 stations across seven transects. Based on these data, the biomass carbon storage and sediment carbon storage of the seagrass ecosystem were calculated.
