Serum and urine metabolomic profiling in Miniature Schnauzer dogs with and without calcium oxalate urolithiasis

This repository contains processed metabolomics data from serum and urine samples collected from Miniature Schnauzer dogs with and without calcium oxalate urolithiasis. Metabolomic profiling was performed by Metabolon, Inc. using ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). Processed relative abundance data are provided for three datasets: serum lipidomics, serum untargeted (global) metabolomics, and urine untargeted (global) metabolomics.
