The dataset comprises three tables:<b>Table 1: all layers:</b> Contains measurements for Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) content, Soil Moisture, pH, Bulk Density, and SOC Stocks across six depth layers.<b>Table 2: representative layers:</b> Includes data on soil physicochemical properties, mechanisms of mineral protection, microbial community attributes, and plant carbon inputs for key soil layers.<b>Table 3: yearly vegetation data:</b> Provides yearly records of plant Aboveground Productivity, Belowground Productivity, and Species Richness.
