In order to study the effects of algicide sanguinarine on the structure of prokaryotic microbial community in eutrophic water bodies, two treatments were set: sanguinarine addition treatment and the control (not add sanguinarine). The diversity of 16S rDNA of these two treatment were determined using Illumina MiSeq pyrosequencing.
