Daily internet usage via smartphones in Sweden 2019, by age group

Swedes aged between 26 and 35 years composed the biggest share of daily internet users via smartphones in 2018. 98 percent of the respondents in this age group said they did so. The age group which composed the smallest share were Swedes aged 76 or older with around 51 percent. What mobile devices did Swedes use to access the internet when not at home or at work? In 2018, most of them used a portable computer or a handheld device, whereas less than half of them used a laptop or a notebook.  How often do Swedes use the Internet?        Almost all the participants in a survey in 2018 in Sweden, reported to have used the internet once a weekor more often. Only one percent of the respondents used it less often than once a week.  Devices with Internet in the Nordics        Within the Nordic countries, Norway had the highest number of online devices per household in 2018. Sweden and Finland came second and third in the ranking. Households in all three of these countries had on average at least seven devices with internet access. Denmark was last in the ranking that year.
