This project contains 12 barcoded libraries - 4 each from E. coli, R. sphaeroides, and P. falciparum, all run on the same Illumina MiSeq lane. For each microbe, there is a library from our standard library construction process (Fisher et al.) run with 8, 3, and 2 cycles of PCR, and a PCR-free library. The data allow a comparison of the effects of PCR on coverage bias and evaluation of our PCR-free protocol.
