资源简介:
Bilingual education is understood as such an organization of the educational process when it becomes possible to use more than one language as the language of instruction. The second language, therefore, is not only an object of study, but also at the same time a means of communication, the language of instruction. It is known that bilingualism is "widespread" throughout the world much wider than monolingualism. Take the United States, for example. Most of the Hispanic population speaks both Spanish and English, or a variety such as Spanglish. Almost all speakers of other languages here also speak English: Germans, Chinese, Russians and representatives of other nations.
