Flesinoxan: haemodynamic effects in chronically-instrumented conscious dogs.

n=4 chronically-instrumented conscious male Beagle dogs, dosed with Flesinoxan at 0.5 and 1.25 mg/kg, p.o., successively (wash-out 48h). No PK phase. Parameters measured: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR, LVSP, LVEDP, +dP/dtmax, -dP/dtmax, +dP/dtmax/P, -dP/dtmax/P, TPR, CO, SV) and ECG parameters (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcF and QTcb intervals). Haemodynamic and ECG parameters were measured before administration (T0 baseline) and 30 (T30), 60 (T60), 120 (T120), 180 (T180), 240 (T240) and 360 (T360) min post-administration.
