Liriodendron chinense Raw sequence reads

We identify a super long blooming1 (slb1) mutant of Liriodendron chinense, which blooms more than five months from late April to early October, whereas the wild type normally blooms only one month from mid-April to late May. Here, we performed a time-series RNA-seq analyses of flower buds at five developmental stages in both mutant and wild-type plants.
