To investigate the effect of NAD+ metabolism on ILC2s function, sorted ILC2s from the gut were treated with NAMPT inhibitor FK866 for bulk RNA sequcecing. Overall design: Sorted ILC2s from the gut were cultured with IL-2, IL-7, IL-25 and IL-33, and treated with NAMPT inhibitor FK866 for 16 hours.
