Datasets for training and testing DLScaff. Datasets are saved in the hdf5 file format. Each file is composed of Hi-C matrices, their labels, names and groups for each multiple bin and matrice size. Subsets are classed by the matrice size, then the bin size. Files needed to generate these datasets are also along the .hdf5 file.
