Vaccination coverage among young children in Nigeria 2018

As of 2018, 28.3 percent of children in Nigeria received all basic vaccinations required by the age of two. Among children aged 24 to 35 months, the vaccination coverage reached 24.3 percent.In the last five years before the survey period, Nigeria intensified its focus on polio eradication and routine immunization. In addition, some vaccination campaigns were implemented with the aim of increasing coverage of specific supplemental vaccines.
