α-amylase inhibitory activity of A1,A1 DEAE water elution and Acarbose，and the α-amylase inhibition kinetics curve of acarbose

α-amylase inhibitory activity of A1 and acarbose and A1 DEAE water elution was investigaed in this research, A1 was a polysaccharide partially purified from water extracts of biomass fermentation, the carbohydrate content of A1 is 80%, the carbohydrate content of A1 DEAE water elution part is about 90%, the α-amylase inhibitory activity of A1 is not repeat well including the enzyme reaction kenetics, from the DEAE elution, A1 contain many sections, so the α-amylase inhibitory activity data of A1 including two times, acarbose was a medicine that the purity is higher enough, so the α-amylase inhibitory activtiy and even the enzyme reaction kinetics is concrete. A1 water elution from DEAE will conduct a little more work in the future and the inhibition activity will evaluated again.
