Statistical Data on Foreign Nationals in the Turkish Justice System (2009-2024)

The data presented herein were collated within the scope of the research conducted by the author on foreigners' access to Turkish justice services. The statistics encompassing the years 2009-2024 encompass foreign suspects, defendants, victims and complainants in Turkish criminal investigations and criminal proceedings, as well as foreign detainees and convicts in prisons.
