The data of the artical "Creation and annihilation of artificial magnetic skyrmions with the electric field"

The data related to the article "Creation and annihilation of artificial magnetic skyrmions with the electric field" was published in the journal of Chinese Physics B. (1) The annihilation and creation of skyrmions with increasing/decreasing the PMA for Co disks spacing S=130 nm (Fig. S1).(2) The annihilation and creation of skyrmions with increasing/decreasing the PMA, the ACoPt on vertical direction is decreased to 1.0×10-11J/m while keeping the in-plane ACoPt unchanged (Fig. S2). (3) The annihilation and creation of skyrmions with increasing/decreasing the PMA, the ACoPt on vertical direction is increased to 2.25×10-11 J/m while keeping the in-plane ACoPt unchanged (Fig. S2).
