The morphology and microstructures of the prepared materials were characterized with Zeiss Supra55 Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and FEI TECNAIG2 F30 Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM, 200 kV). X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements were performed using Rigaku D/max 2400 PC (CuKa). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was performed using a Kratos AXIS Ultra DLD XPS system equipped with a microsphere energy analyzer and a monochromatic Al Kα source to determine accurate elemental composition and valence states. The galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements and deposition tests were carried out on a Neware analyzer at room temperature and a LAND analyzer at -20 ℃ between 1.7 and 2.8 V. Other electrochemistry test were performed on a VMP3 multichannel workstation.
