No Permanent Champion: research artifact

Research artifact for the paper No Permanent Champion: A Deployment Study of SGLang and vLLM across Dense, Ultra-Sparse MoE, and KDA-Hybrid Architectures on H200 GPUs (Chuang, Lin, and Huang, 2026). A curated snapshot of the experimental materials behind the paper: raw single-run and repeated measurements with per-request records, analysis and reproduction scripts, benchmark configurations and condition files, redacted execution logs, evaluation skills, and the manuscript. It supports result verification and re-analysis, not full deployment reproduction. Verify with sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS and python3 analysis/reproduce_paper_numbers.py; see README.md and MANIFEST.md.
