Gene regulatory feature and rhizosphere microbiome assemblage in rapeseed

Genotype-dependent root gene expression profile in rapeseed (Brassica napus) identified by Illumina next-generation sequencing. This data was used to integrate the microbial feature generated using the same samples. This study offer an unique solution to understand the plant-microbe interaction at the gene expression level.
