Palladium Nucleation Set

This is a set of 20 FINAL CONFIGURATIONS after nucleation takes place under two different atomic deposition rates and five temperatures. These structures exhibit diendritic-like morphologies. Sizes range from 7700 Pt atoms to 7900 Pt atoms. The input files for the simulation of the nucleation process for LAMMPS code are also available. In addition the log files created at the end of the simulations can be found for each structure. The Surface Coordination Number (SCN) analysis outputs for each structure are contained in the SCN_Analysis File. The structure files are in XYZ format, the SCN analysis files are in .dat format.
