Roundtable discussion with Jesse Brewer, Deputy Police Commissioner of Los Angeles, Peter Luukko, Southwestern Regional Vice President of Spectacor, and George Gonzalez, General Manager of the Los Angeles Sports Arena and Coliseum, about how the Coliseum and Sports Arena facilities had been used during the civil disturbance, and how they could be used in the event of future civil unrest, 1992 August 26. PART OF SERIES: After the violence had subsided, the Webster Commission met of a variety of public officials, law enforcement personnel, activists, and community leaders to discuss the rioting, its root causes, and the adequacy of the LAPD's response.
