This study evaluates the effect of heat-killed Lactiplantibacillus plantarum FM8 (paraprobiotic) on the gut microbiota of ovalbumin-sensitized allergic model mice. 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed to assess changes in microbial composition following oral administration of FM8. The results suggest that FM8 may modulate gut microbiota and contribute to the prevention of allergic responses.
