The effects of antibiotics and gene knockout on fish

Study the difference of gut microbiota, and metabolites between two strains of gibel carp, Carassius auratus gibelio. We try to find nutrition metabolic traits related key microbial species, and to reveal the correlation of gut microbes and nutrition metabolism character, and to make clear the mechanism of microbial regulation of nutrient metabolism.
