To evaluate the roles of HCC-derived exosomes on neutrophils, we treated neutrophils derived from human periphery blood with or without Huh-7 cell-derived exosomes for 12 h. Then we collected these neutrophils to detect their transcriptome profile by RNA-sequencing.
