RNA-Seq was used to detect the dwonstream genes after CircFUNDC1 overexpression. Method: Three nucleus pulposus cell total RNA profiles of Ad-NC samples and Ad-CircFUNDC1 samples were analyzed. We collected three human nucleus pulposus samples and primary nucleus pulposus cells(NPCs) were cultured. Then, NPCs were transfected with CircFUNDC1 adenovirus (pAdeasy-EF1- hsa_circ_0007290-CMV-EGFP-N) or negetive adenovirus. After transfections, RNAs were collected and RNA-seq were performed
