基于医保的多年的参保人的连续健康信息，通过对区域的全域人群发病率，医疗费用的分析，实现健康险产品费率的厘定和保障责任的设计，实现与基本医疗保险的有效衔接，为参保人提供质优、价廉的保险产品。

This dataset is constructed using multi-year continuous health information of insured persons under the medical insurance system. Through analysis of the incidence rates and medical expenses of the entire regional population, it enables the determination of premium rates and design of coverage responsibilities for health insurance products, facilitates effective alignment with basic medical insurance, and provides insured persons with high-quality and cost-effective insurance products.
