Reproducible Meta-Analysis Package for TKI Treatment in Thyroid Cancer

This repository contains the complete dataset and analysis files used for the systematic review and meta-analysis evaluating the efficacy and safety of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in advanced thyroid cancer, including both differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) and medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). The analysis synthesizes evidence from 12 randomized controlled trials published between 2012 and 2023, comparing TKI therapy with placebo across key clinical outcomes such as overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), and treatment-related adverse events. The dataset includes the extracted numerical values used to generate all pooled effect sizes, subgroup analyses, and heterogeneity estimates. The RevMan (.rm5) file contains the full analytical framework, including study weights, model specifications, outcome structures, and forest plot configurations. A consolidated PDF of all main and supplementary figures is provided for reference, including PRISMA flow diagrams, GRADE certainty assessments, survival analyses, PFS plots, and response and toxicity forest plots and PRISMA checklist. These materials are provided to ensure full transparency and reproducibility of the meta-analysis. Researchers, clinicians, and reviewers may use the files to verify results, explore alternative modeling approaches, or incorporate the dataset into future evidence syntheses. No individual patient data are included; all information is derived from previously published studies.
