Data on mating experiment in the ant Cataglyphis cursor, Doums et al.

The data set is the raw data of a submitted paper 'Differential worker aggression of males from varied origin supports outbreeding avoidance in a low dispersing ant". The experimental design is described in the manuscript. But briefly, dyadic choice tests were performed using the ant Cataglyphis cursor. A young queen were given two males, one from the same population (sympatric) and one from a different population (allopatric) in absence and presence of workers. The number of mating attempts, matings and their duration and the duration of workers aggression were measured.
