杭州市第七人民医院2024年抑郁症专病数据集

该数据集为杭州市第七人民医院在抑郁症诊疗服务过程中产生，覆盖70种余种ICD-10抑郁相关诊断编码，集成人口学信息、诊断信息、一般检验、检查报告、医嘱记录、门急诊病历、住院病历、入院记录、出院记录、生命体征等全链路字段，共12个标准化数据元信息，可用于真实世界研究、药物疗效评价、AI预测建模及卫生经济学评估。此次登记数据集不包含14周岁及以下患者数据。

This dataset was generated during depression diagnosis and treatment services at The Seventh People’s Hospital of Hangzhou. It covers over 70 ICD-10 diagnostic codes related to depression, integrating full-chain medical fields including demographic information, diagnostic records, routine laboratory test results, examination reports, medical order records, outpatient and emergency medical records, inpatient medical records, admission notes, discharge summaries, and vital signs, and contains a total of 12 standardized data elements. It is applicable for real-world research, drug efficacy evaluation, AI prediction modeling, and health economic evaluation. Additionally, this registered dataset excludes data from patients aged 14 years and under.
