Brassica rapa subsp. oleifera Transcriptome or Gene expression

Brassica campestris plants were grown under controlled conditions and endoplasmic reticulum stress was induced using tunicamycin. Tauroursodeoxycholic acid was applied to alleviate ER stress prior to tunicamycin treatment. RNA sequencing was performed on four sample groups: CK_0h untreated control, CK_72h time matched control, TM_72h ER stress treatment, and TUDCA_72h ER stress alleviation treatment. All samples were collected with biological replicates for comparative transcriptome analysis.
