资源简介:
Data from the field block map for each year back to 2007. A block of land is a geographically contiguous agricultural area bounded by mainly permanent physical boundaries (watercourses, roads, stone walls, etc.). A field block may contain one or more fields, which may be both cultivated or uncultivated areas. The field block map is a polygon theme and an agricultural area must in principle be inside a field block in order to be eligible for area aid. Some agricultural areas are not declared in the Common Form, so they will not be found in the field block map. In the period from 2007 onwards, the update of field block limits has become more precise and, as of 2016, the farmer is responsible for specifying the field block limits precisely, otherwise this may lead to a reduction in the area aid (basic payment). Changes in the field block area during the period reflect, among other things, general structural development in agriculture and the inclusion of agricultural land for other purposes (roads, urban development, recreation, etc.). However, the improved precision of the update of field block limits also means that the field block area is now calculated more accurately than in the past.
