De novo protein crystal structure determination from X-ray free-electron laser data

Serial femtosecond crystallography (SFX) data of microcrystals of a lysozyme gadolinium derivative. The data was used to demonstrate de-novo phasing by single anomalous dispersion.微晶蛋白酶钆衍生物的连续飞秒晶体学（SFX）数据。该数据被用于展示通过单次反常色散实现的从头相位解析。
