Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Consortium 2018-2023 Strategic Plan

Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Consortium (MASGC) staff used a multipronged approach to solicit and synthesize input from the people the program serves and professionals in the MASGC extension, outreach and education programs. The staff used the following sources of information to inform the strategic plan. The foundation of the 2018-2023 MASGC strategic plan builds upon the 2018-2021 MASGC strategic plan and the updated input that was collected in 2020. For the two-year extension of the 2018-2021 strategic plan an additional survey was released in 2020 to advisory council members, stakeholders, board of directors, and education and engagement (communications, extension and legal) team members.
