D1 — EU Weekly Oil Bulletin panel: weekly national average consumer prices of Euro-super 95 petrol and automotive diesel, all taxes included, 27 EU member states + United Kingdom (2005–2020), 2005-01-03 to 2026-09-21 (29,363 rows), in EUR and national currency per litre, plus the Commission's EU27 and euro-area weighted averages (2,170 rows). D2 and D3: our statistics are CC BY 4.0; the underlying national source data keep their own terms (column source_terms, README-d2.md). Station-level prices (D4) are not in this record; they are on the site under the licence of each national source. D2 and D3 are unweighted daily statistics (arithmetic mean of the stations); date is a calendar day in Bucharest time (Europe/Bucharest). United Kingdom rows: Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Austria, Denmark, Romania and Slovenia rows: the sources publish no licence; aggregates computed by fuel-prices.eu (mean, median, p10, p90, number of stations); no station-level prices republished. Excluded pending licence review: Australia, Türkiye, Sweden, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova and Lithuania.
