This article examines the main strategies and mechanisms of inflation targeting in modern monetary policy. Particular attention is paid to the role of the central bank in regulating inflation processes through key interest rates, exchange rate targeting, nominal GDP targeting, and DSGE models. The study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to monetary regulation and highlights the importance of inflation expectations, transparency, and proactive actions of central banks. Theoretical approaches proposed by Ben Bernanke and John Taylor are also considered. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying international experience to improve the monetary policy of developing economies.
