The importance of outsourcing activities in development design of organization policy, 2015

Aim of research is to examine features of outsourcing activities in the field of logistic and IT-services and the importance of such method of management of business processes on development design of policies of individual organization. Goal of research is to determine elementary semantic features, effects and influences of outsourcing activities on individual organization, more precisely on Pošta Slovenije (Slovenia Post); to identify short and medium-term business strategies of organizations of different economic industries with focusing on outsourcing logistic and IT-services; to determine what is the expected future market potential of Pošta Slovenije and which industries are showing the need to adapt their business model; to determine which segments within logistic and IT-services are of higher significance.
