Data files for the figures in manuscript titled: "Unraveling the inactivation mechanisms of human adenovirus 2 in sunlight disinfection: Synergism between direct and indirect pathways" submitted to ACS Environmental Science & Technology Experimental data This folder contains the experimental data to the figures shown in the main manuscript and Supporting Information. Figure 1: measured and predicted inactivation rate constants of HAdV2 in SRNOM-spiked buffer exposed to simulated sunlight. Figure 2: measured inactivation kinetics of HAdV2 under simulated sunlight following different levels of singlet oxygen pre-exposures. Figure 3: measured inactivation kinetics of HAdV2 in A549 and XP17BE under simulated sunlight. Figure 4: monitoring of HAdV2 genome copies at 2 and 48 hours of incubation.  Figure S1: simulated solar spectrum generated using AM 1.5 and atmospheric edge filter with and without glass Petridish cover under identical intensity settings. Figure S2: solar inactivation of HAdV2 with a reactor covered by a glass Petri dish, with and without Rose Bengal.
