COMPARISON OF THE CONCEPT OF "SELF-GIVING" IN RUSSIAN AND UZBEK LANGUAGES

The article will provide a detailed comparative analysis of the linguistic, cultural, semantic, and cognitive features of the concept of “self-sacrifice” in Russian and Uzbek. The article compares the theoretical foundations of the concept, its etymology, semantic field, synonymic range, phraseological expressions, and national-cultural code of the lexeme “self-sacrifice”. The article aims to identify the universal and national aspects of moral values in bilingual cultures, promote translation practices, and conduct linguistic and cultural research.
