A comprehensive dataset of Germinomaon MRI/CT with radiomic data

This feature dataset included 14 shape descriptors.The intensity featuresincluded simple first-order statistics (360 features), those derived from the gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM, 480 features), gray-level run-length matrix (GLRLM, 320 features), gray-level size-zone matrix (GLSZM, 320 features), neigh-boring gray-tone difference matrix (NGTDM, 100 features), and gray-level dependence matrix (280 features).
