Shared and disease-specific host gene-microbiome interactions across human diseases

Raw host RNA-seq data from biopsy samples collected from patients with colorectal cancer. The goal of this study was to study interactions between host gene expression and gut microbiome across human gastrointestinal diseases, including colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.
