资源简介:

The physical load generated during training and competition was assessed utilizing a Catapult Vector X7 GPS device (GPS frequency: 10 Hz, built-in accelerometer frequency: 100 Hz) that was integrated into a specialized vest. In addition, each participant wore the same device to eliminate variations resulting from individual device differences (Malone et al. 2016). All training and match data were recorded for a total of 12 weeks. After recording, the data were downloaded to a personal computer and analyzed using Open Field Cloud Catapult, which is a specialized analysis cloud. The GPS device was used to measure the following parameters: total distance [TD] (m), high-speed running [HSR] (m, 19.8–25.1 km/h), number of high-speed running [HSC] (n, 19.8–25.2 km/h), sprint distance [SD] (m, ≥25.2 km/h), number of sprints [SC] (n, ≥25.2 km/h), repeat high-intensity efforts [RHIE*1](n), acceleration [Acc](n, ≥2.0 m/s2), and deceleration [Dec] (n, ≥-2.0 m/s2). The total values for one week were averaged and calculated. **p<0.01, *p<0.05
