Knockout Mouse Project MMRRC Strain Catalog 是由美国突变小鼠资源与研究中心（Mutant Mouse Resource & Research Centers，MMRRC）建设的实验动物模型数据库，收录具有生物医学研究价值的突变小鼠品系、基因工程小鼠模型、胚胎干细胞系及相关保存材料。用户可按基因或品系名称、MMRRC 编号、MGI ID、疾病本体、表型术语、MeSH 主题词、主要资源集合及 RRID 等条件检索，并查看品系的遗传背景、基因型、表型、繁育与基因分型信息，以及申请获取相关小鼠或细胞材料。The Knockout Mouse Project MMRRC Strain Catalog is an experimental animal model database established by the Mutant Mouse Resource & Research Centers (MMRRC) of the United States. It curates mutant mouse strains, genetically engineered mouse models, embryonic stem cell lines and related preservation materials with biomedical research value. Users can perform searches using criteria including gene or strain name, MMRRC ID, MGI ID, disease ontology, phenotype terms, MeSH subject headings, major resource collections and RRID, and view information such as the genetic background, genotype, phenotype, breeding and genotyping details of the strains, as well as apply for access to relevant mouse or cell materials.
