Structured light polarizer data set with 5 kinds of defects and normal samples

It contains about 10000 normal structured light polarizer images and about 1000 defective structured light polarizer images . The five defects are spot, scratch, bubble, finger pressure and dirt . All the data are taken based on structured light rear projection .本数据集包含约10000张正常结构光偏振片（structured light polarizer）图像，以及约1000张带缺陷的结构光偏振片图像。该数据集涵盖五类缺陷，分别为斑点、划痕、气泡、指压痕迹与污渍。所有样本均通过结构光背投（structured light rear projection）方式采集得到。
