Whole-transcriptome dynamics of testicular development in Junggar Bactrian camels: A comparative analysis before and after sexual maturation

Testicular development is a conserved and tightly regulated process. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of testis development in Bactrian camels will benefit the industry. In this study, we performed transcriptome analysis of testicular tissues from 3-year-old (pre-sexual maturity, Group C) and 5-year-old (post-sexual maturity, Group E) Junggar Bactrian camels.
