This repository contains raw Strand-seq data from the CHM13 genome aligned to the CHM13 whole-genome assembly containing the telomere-to-telomere sequence of chromosome 8. These alignments were used to detect inversions in the study "The sequence, function, and evolution of a complete human chromosome 8". See Methods section of the above mentioned paper for more details.
