Subscribers of pay TV and SVOD services in selected countries worldwide 2027

A forecast showed that there will be nearly double the amount of subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) subscribers than pay TV subscribers in the United States in 2027, with 60 pay TV and 105 million SVOD subscribers. By contrast, China and India were projected to have more pay TV than SVOD subscribers.
