资源简介:
This dataset include the experimental data shown in the figures of the paper "MICROSCOPIC FINGERPRINT OF CHIRAL SUPERCONDUCTIVITY". All experimental data were generated by the Nanonis control system.
STM images are provided as original data files with the suffix .sxm. They can be opened using WsXM software.
STS data are provided in the file "STS.xlsx".
dI/dV mappings are provided as .3ds files, which can be opened using WsXM software. The L1X1 channel contains dI/dV mappings obtained at a series of bias voltages (note that the bias labels displayed in the software are incorrect). Starting from the bottom-left corner, the biases are listed below:- [Figure 2c-2h] Grid Spectroscopy009.3ds: [10mV,1.3mV,0.8mV, 0.5mV, -0.5 mV, -0.8mV, -1.3 mV]- [Figure 4a4b] Grid Spectroscopy003.3ds: [10mV, 0.54mV, -0.54mV]- [Figure6d6e] Grid Spectroscopy001.3ds[10mV, 5mV, 3.6mV, 2.2mV, 1.6mV, 0.9mV, 0mV, -0.9mV, -1.6mV, -2.2mV, -3.6mV, -5mV, -10mV]The above data represent real-space dI/dV mappings, which can be converted into k-space QPI images (e.g., ED Figure 3 is converted from Figures 2c–2h). The MATLAB code and instructions for obtaining the k-space QPI data from the .3ds files are included in the folder titled "Code and Instructions for Getting k-Space QPI from 3ds File".
