Description of each data file:

data S1. Results of three-dimensional flagellar tracking of Pseudobodo sp. during swimming. Processed 3D coordinates of the flagellum are organized into individual worksheets, each corresponding to a single frame of the sequence and labeled by its frame number. Each worksheet contains the following columns: a numerical identifier for each point along the flagellum, its (x,y) coordinates in pixels, its z-coordinate in z-stack slices, and the corresponding (x,y,z) coordinates converted to micrometers (μm).

data S2. Results of three-dimensional flagellar tracking of Pseudobodo sp. during feeding. Processed 3D coordinates of the flagellum are organized into individual worksheets, each corresponding to a single frame of the sequence and labeled by its frame number. Each worksheet contains the following columns: a numerical identifier for each point along the flagellum, its (x,y) coordinates in pixels, its z-coordinate in z-stack slices, and the corresponding (x,y,z) coordinates converted to micrometers (μm).

data S3. Results of the flagellar kinematics analysis, comparing Pseudobodo sp. behavior during swimming and feeding. The data includes mean values and standard deviations for a set of key metrics calculated for each behavior mode. The metrics included in the analysis are: 2D length, 3D length, maximum radial distance, polar angle range, azimuthal angle range, planarity index, tortuosity, and convex hull volume.
